Medical Services

Please note we are a fee-for-service nurse practitioner-led medical clinic as NPs can not bill OHIP for their visits. We offer both in-person and virtual appointments to best suit your health care needs. We can provide services to OHIP and non-OHIP patients (non-residents) from all across Ontario.

Please note, fee for virtual visit is at $65/visit and in person fees start at $80/visit depending on the time and work required and are applied upon completion of visit. Please note, all labs, diagnostic testings, and referral to specialists arranged by the NP is covered through OHIP. Prescription are covered if you have drug benefit plan or through ODB. Patients with private health care benefits may have fee coverage for the nurse practitioner visit under Private Nursing Services or a Health Care Spending Account. ACUTE EPISODIC VISIT FOR ADULT AND CHILDREN

$80

This visit is focused on addressing a one time specific minor health issue or condition that is not an emergency or life threatening. Examples include: cold or flu symptoms, ear or eye infection, sinus infection, Pap smears, joint injury or pain, skin rashes and infection, urinary infection, sexually transmitted infection and testing, animal bites, , ear syringing, travel advise, wound care, etc. Prescriptions will be included during this visit (if medically necessary).

MEDICAL weight loss and management (PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS)

Initial $145

Medical weight loss is usually the alternative when other weight loss programs fail to work. Sometimes, following a strict diet and exercising may not be enough and prescription medications may be required. We provide a thorough consultation including a thorough history, physical and psychological assessment, blood work and a customized treatment plan to optimize your health and well being. We watch your progress towards losing weight healthily through short term and long term follow up.

PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL AND MANAGEMENT

Prescribing and managing medications, including dosage adjustments and monitoring for efficacy and potential side effects. Prescription renewals are offered when medically appropriate and an assessment is conducted. Please note we do not prescribe or renew controlled substances including narcotics at our clinic.

REFERRALS TO SPECIALISTS AND OTHER PROVIDERS

Coordinating referrals to specialists or other healthcare professionals when needed for specialized care after appropriate assessment is completed. please note additional charges may be applied for complex assessments requiring referral. This include notes for RMT, Physiotherapy, Chiropractor, Podiatrist, hearing assessment, and etc for insurance purposes.

SKIN, HAIR, AND NAILS CONCERN VISIT

$80

For assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acne, dermatitis, moles and lesions, wart treatment and removal, skin tag removal, nail infection, hair and scalp concern, skin check and other related conditions. Skin lesion removal will be at additional fee based on the number of lesions.

PRENATAL AND FERTILITY VISIT

Initial $145

Providing routine prenatal care including lab, ultrasound, genetic testing, and referral to specialists as needed. Additional appointments/visits are not included in this fee.

Any subsequent visit is $80

WOMEN' HEALTH VISIT

$80

Providing women with gynecological exam and routine screenings such as pap smears, IUD removal, bone density, mammogram, fertility concerns, and breast exams if indicated. We offer birth control and hormonal treatment options for women of all ages. A follow-up visit is included in this fee.

COMPREHENSIVE CHECK UP

$145

Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and mental health review to assess overall health, identify potential health risks, and detect early signs of illness. This visit could include blood work, imaging, prescriptions, and other medically necessary recommendations. Pleas note, a follow up appointment maybe scheduled if medically necessary to discuss results and arrange for further treatment options (additional follow up fee is charged).

WELL BABY AND CHILD HEALTH VISIT

$100

Providing an age-appropriate well child visit that includes physical exam, assessment of growth, nutrition, development, and education regarding injury prevention and safety risks. We will address parental concerns, social context, and safety, and provide relevant anticipatory guidance (e.g. dental caries, family adjustment and sleeping position) using evidenced based tools.
