Lipolysis (Double Chin)

Lipolysis (PCDC), also known as nonsurgical fat reduction, is a injectable procedure that uses PCDC acid to reduce localized fat deposits in certain areas of the body, including the double chin, lower abdomen, and bra fat.  

PCDC acid are used to destroy the membranes of the fat cells. Fat and cellular debris are broken down and eliminated by the body's natural responses. 

Results may become noticeable over the course of several weeks as the body processes and eliminates the destroyed fat cells. For full effect, 1-4 rounds of treatment are recommended. he number of sessions needed depends on factors such as the individual's body composition and the extent of the fat deposits. Fat dissolving injections are permanent.

After the procedure, patients may experience some swelling, bruising, and discomfort in the treated area. However, these side effects are usually temporary and subside within a few days to a week. 

Serious but rare side effects include: infection, skin necrosis and nodules forming at the injection site.

It's important to note that while lipolysis can effectively reduce fat in specific areas, it is not a substitute for weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.
